Modern Reef Polypop (PP)

Modern reef polypop is designed especially for SPS polyp coloration, maximum extension, and coral pigmentation. Complementary product for Complete Reef Food and the proportional consumption reef keeping system. Hidden polyps will not colour up! The pigmentation starts when polyps are significantly extended under good light for a certain period and other conditions are present. That is why we recommend Polypop to be dosed during the daytime when lights are on. This product will not only induce maximal polyp extensions but will also assist in pigmentation, especially on SPS coral polyps.

Note: Make sure your nutrients are at least detectable, specially Po4 (@ +/- 0.03-0.04 mg/l), to take the most advantage of this product. If you have problems with polyp extensions, make sure you’re not over polishing the water with ozone and active carbon, and light intensity and spectrum are appropriate. Polypop will work best with our Proportional Consumption Reef Keeping System (RKS).
